Yes. Visit G4 Remote Web, log in, and click on your machine. A full desktop session streams in your browser — no app installation needed. Works on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android browsers.

Is Remote Desktop end-to-end encrypted? +

Yes. All remote sessions use WebRTC with DTLS 1.3 and SRTP. Our servers facilitate the connection but cannot see your session content.

How many simultaneous remote sessions are supported? +

Free and Starter plans: 1 concurrent session. Pro plan: 3 concurrent sessions. Business and Enterprise plans: unlimited concurrent sessions.

What is the performance like for remote desktop? +

On a typical home broadband connection (10+ Mbps), remote desktop runs at 30–60 FPS at 1080p with hardware encoding on the host.

Can I transfer files through a remote session? +

Yes. Drag and drop files into the browser window or use the file transfer panel. Files upload/download at your network speed. Maximum single file size: 4 GB per transfer.
