What are AI credits? +

AI credits are consumed when you use cloud-powered AI features in G4 OS — such as cloud AI chat, image generation, and voice synthesis. On-device AI (runs fully locally) is always free.

How many credits does each action use? +

Approximate costs: Text generation — 1 credit per ~1,000 tokens. Image generation — 5 credits per image. Voice synthesis — 2 credits per minute. Document analysis — 3 credits per document.

When do my credits reset? +

Monthly credits reset on the 1st of every calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and are used after your monthly allocation is exhausted.

Can I buy extra credits? +

Yes. Log in → Account → AI Credits → Buy Credits. Credits are available in packs of 500, 2,000, 5,000, and 20,000. Top-up credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.

What happens when I run out of credits? +

Cloud AI features will pause until credits are refilled (at next reset or via top-up). On-device AI continues to work normally — it is always free. You will receive a notification at 10% remaining.

Which plan includes the most AI credits? +

Enterprise: unlimited. Pro: 10,000 credits/month. Starter: 2,000 credits/month. Free tier: 200 credits/month. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.
