How do I open the AI assistant? +

Press Super + Space from anywhere on the desktop. You can also click the AI icon (🤖) in the top bar, or enable always-on voice mode in Settings → AI → Voice.

Does the AI work offline? +

Yes. The on-device TinyLlama 1.1B model works fully offline for text queries, desktop control, and voice commands. Cloud AI features (larger models, image generation) require an internet connection and G4 Credits.

What are G4 Credits? +

G4 Credits are the in-platform currency for premium AI and cloud services. Every account starts with 100 free credits per month. Credits are used for cloud AI inference, image generation, video generation, and extended remote desktop sessions.

How do I buy more credits? +

Go to Account → Credits → Buy Credits. Credit packs start from ₹99 for 100 credits.

Can the AI assistant speak in my regional language? +

Yes. G4 OS supports 22 Indian languages for the AI assistant — fully offline. Set your preferred language in Settings → AI → Language.

How do I generate images with AI? +

Open the AI assistant, type "Generate an image of [description]", or use the dedicated Image Generation mode. Each image costs 1 G4 Credit.
