How do I reset my password? +

Click "Forgot password" on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a password reset link. Links expire after 60 minutes.

How do I enable two-factor authentication? +

Go to Account โ†’ Settings โ†’ Security โ†’ Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy and enter the code to confirm.

How do I transfer my license to a new device? +

Deactivate the old device from Account โ†’ Devices โ†’ Deactivate. Then activate on the new device by signing in during first boot.

Can I use my license on multiple devices? +

Starter: 1 device. Pro: 3 devices. Business: 10 devices per seat. You can deactivate devices you no longer use to free up slots.

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Account โ†’ Settings โ†’ Danger Zone โ†’ Delete Account. This is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
